The Broken Wings Network

The Broken Wings Network was founded in memory of Becky Marie Kraemer, Karren Kraemer's beloved daughter.

Becky was a working student living in a very troubled relationship with Carl Rodgers, II when she disappeared.

And though estranged from her family due to her relationship with Rodgers, was a very important part of many people's lives and is very missed by all who knew her as a  young woman full of personality and promise.

Her life was cut short when she is believed to have been beaten to death by Rodgers, who then concealed her remains and spread lies about her whereabouts to police.

Forced to search for her daughter on her own, Karren learned much about the dark dance of domestic violence, and the agony of searching for a missing adult child.

We at the Broken WIngs Network have seen that though Becky's body has not been recovered, her life continues to touch millions of people worldwide.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our site. I never dreamed just a few short years ago that my life would be altered forever. No one prepares you for the terrrible reality of a missing child or loved one, and there are few resources available for the dark journey that lies ahead.
